The Apple Pie Gal
I wasn't exactly raised on a farm, but growing up I loved visiting all the farms in my family. Something just clicked and now here we are, my husband "Pig Pen" and I, making the most of our 2 acres. So in a sense, it's a return to the farm. Our journey on the homestead began 5 years ago and has evolved from one small garden to digging up, planting up and raising up as many things as our hearts desire. We have 3 dogs, lots of chickens and who knows what will be next! We are not afraid of hard work and love the satisfaction of tending to our home and land. This blog is our journal of life and learning. Much credit is given to all of you who also share your dreams and knowledge! You make life fun and blogging with all of you has taught us that friendships really can span the miles!
