We woke up this morning to a beautiful snow cover! It snowed all day and accumulated about six inches. I know some of you have alot more in your neck of the woods! Here's our neck of the woods:
This is Second Season for Deer Hunting too. So I got to sit in the snow and look at this a while. That's all I saw...but hey, it was so peaceful that I didn't even mind!
Hope you all had a great day too!

What a GREAT picture!! you guys have a great place. I look out and I do not have a stream, I got a ditch.
ReplyDeleteI so miss the deciduous forests in Illinois. What a beautiful picture!
ReplyDeleteWe have been getting some snow too. Could it be that this year we will have a white Christmas?
ReplyDeletePops, yeah but it's a pretty little ditch!
ReplyDeleteMamaPea, we always say that when we win the Lotto, we are buying a real farm...so long as it butts up to woods! We just love having a backyard to tromp in! But yours are beautiful too!
Jane, oh let's hope you do get a White Christmas! And not a slushy mucky mess! Isn't that the way it usually works?
We were just glad that we could enjoy it on an actual weekend to boot!
It was a fabulous snowfall..and even better because so many people got to enjoy it. Could have been a Friday rush-hour snow. I stayed in and watched it out the window! Love it!
ReplyDeleteAh so pretty Di. We had snow too but I didnt have enough sense to take a picture. lol Maybe tomorrow after Luna gets done making tracks in it. lol
ReplyDeleteSoooo pretty! Snow is fabulous because it gives you great pictures. :) And it makes the deer easier to track. And those, deer friend, are the only two reasons that I like snow. ;)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty but to be honest, I don't miss it at all. (The snow that is) Hubby and I watch the weather radar and "laugh" when we see Ohio getting pounded.
ReplyDeleteJan, yesterday was mostly a PJ day. Except for when I suited up to go sit and wait...heeeehhee. At least I got a good picture!
ReplyDeleteWell Stella, if your mind wasn't like a mouse trap!! Loooove it! Maybe you'da had that picture ;o)
MamaTea, yeah well no tracking for me this year. Today is the last day and I have to go to Chicago...BLECH! I hate big cities!
Tami, Oh you are so so bad! Well, snow is good around Christmas I suppose but then after that it can head north and stay there! So, yes I'd be laughing if I were you too!
It's beautiful!!! I was having a pretty crummy day so seeing this pretty photo brightened it a bit!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty view!
